Notifier NP-200-IV is an ivory, low-profile intelligent photoelectric smoke detector with FlashScan and CLIP communication, for FireWarden Series panels. Notifier states that the NP-200 Series is exclusively for use with its FireWarden Series addressable fire alarm control panels, so this is not an ONYX or NFS device. The NP-200 Series is the direct replacement for the NP-100 Series.
The head plugs into a detachable base, takes one address set by rotary decimal switches, and reports its type and status to the panel. Two LEDs blink when polled and latch in alarm. Sensitivity can be tested from the panel and printed for the NFPA 72 record, and a built-in test switch is activated by an external magnet such as the M02-04-00.
