Simplex 49WGBB-SVCR-O is the wire guard back box, ceiling, red, weatherproof, listed in Simplex's data sheet for TrueAlert ceiling mount addressable speaker visible (S/V) notification appliances. Those appliances are powered, addressed and controlled over the panel's IDNAC signaling line circuit, with audio from a separate Simplex audio NAC. Simplex sells appliances, covers, back boxes and wire guards separately.

Compatibility and installation notes
- Weatherproof ceiling S/V appliances (49SVH-APPLC-O, or 49SVH-APPLC-CO for Canada) are ordered as the appliance only; a cover and a surface or WP box are selected separately.
- Weatherproof covers are ordered separately and are required with APPLC-O models (for example 49SVC-CRFIRE-O, red FIRE).
- For surface or weatherproof mounting without a wire guard, Simplex lists the 49WPBB-SVCR (red) and 49WPBB-SVCW (white) back boxes.
