Simplex 2081-9288 — 12 V, 12.7 Ah rechargeable sealed lead-acid standby battery for Simplex fire alarm control panels.
Simplex panels run 24 V standby power, made by wiring two identical 12 V batteries in series. The 2081-9288 sits mid-range in the 2081 battery block and is compact enough to mount inside the panel cabinet on every Simplex panel family listed below, so no external battery cabinet is needed.

Order two per panel, matched in model, voltage, appearance and approximate date of manufacture. Do not substitute a neighbouring 2081 number: 2081-9272 is 6.2 Ah, 2081-9274 is 10 Ah, 2081-9275 is 18 Ah, 2081-9287 is 25 Ah. Only 2081-9288 is 12.7 Ah.
