Honeywell Home 40003916-048/U — replacement powerhead for the V8043F two position straight through zone valve, the terminal block and end switch model.
The powerhead is sold alone so a failed motor can be changed without breaking the pipe connections or draining the system; the valve body stays in the line. The V8043F is normally closed, with an integral end switch that sequences a circulator or a second valve.

What else a buyer needs depends on the body fitted. A series 6 body, marked with a sideways 6 after the OS number, takes this head directly; a series 1 to 5 body must first be converted with kit 40003918-006, ordered separately. The 40003916-026 is the matching head for the V8043E, which uses leads.
