The Protectowire PM-3A is a double-loop nylon strap for fastening linear heat detector cable to pipe sized 3/4 in to 2 in (19 mm to 51 mm). The first loop wraps the pipe and the second loop holds the detector in the strap's holding block. It is made of black, weather-resistant 6/6 nylon and is typically used where the detector follows sprinkler or process piping.
