Honeywell HWF2V-COM is an LTE and IP commercial fire alarm communicator for Verizon, with single or dual path reporting of Contact ID to the AlarmNet network control center.
It connects straight to the primary and secondary telephone ports of a panel digital alarm communicator transmitter, capturing the dialer so no change to existing panel programming is needed.
- Three selectable paths: cellular only, IP only, or IP primary with cellular backup
- Supervision of 5 minutes, 60 minutes, 6 hours or 24 hours by path selected
- AES 256-bit encryption; DHCP or static addressing over Ethernet 10/100
- Transformer 120 VAC 60 Hz 0.5 A primary, 18 VDC 50 VA secondary
- Takes one 12 V 7.0 AH battery, not supplied; standby 210 mA, active 290 mA
- Red cabinet 14.875" H × 12.75" W × 3.0" D; UL listed S789
Supplied with the dialer capture module, LTE communications module, antenna, PowerBoost1 supply and transformer. The sibling is the HWF2A-COM, identical but on AT&T rather than Verizon; Canadian jobs take the IPGSM-4GC. Programming uses the separate 7720P handheld programmer.
