Fire-Lite SD365R is a white addressable photoelectric smoke sensor with remote test capability, for DNR and DNRW duct smoke detector housings.
The R suffix is the whole difference within the family: this sensor can be commanded to test itself from the control panel, which is what a detector sealed inside a duct housing needs.
- 15 to 32 VDC peak from the SLC; 200 µA maximum average standby at 24 VDC; 4.5 mA maximum when on
- LiteSpeed protocol only on this model; the ivory SD365R-IV is the CLIP and LiteSpeed device
- Sensitivity 0.5% to 4.0% per foot obscuration, factory preset at 1.5% nominal; meets UL 268 7th edition
- –4°F to 158°F when installed in a DNR or DNRW housing; 10% to 93% RH noncondensing
- Listed velocity range 0 to 4000 ft/min, suitable for installation in ducts
- UL and ULC listing S1059, FM approved, CSFM 7272-0075:0502
Easily confused inside its own family: SD365 is the same sensor without remote test, SD365T adds a 135°F thermal element, and SD365RA is the ULC version for the DNRA housing. A base such as B300-6 or B501 is ordered separately.
Compatibility
The SD365R plugs into a DNR or DNRW housing. Within its own family:
-
SD365R-IV: the ivory version, which operates on CLIP and LiteSpeed.
-
SD365: the same sensor without remote test.
-
SD365T: adds a 135°F thermal element.
- SD365RA is the ULC version for the DNRA housing.
- A base such as B300-6 or B501 is ordered separately.
-
DNR and DNRW duct housings are separate orders.
