Live voice paging on a Simplex 4100ES emergency voice/alarm communication system goes through the 4100-1243, the master microphone module (mike) for fire alarm control units. It mounts on the front of the panel's audio expansion bay and gives operators a push-to-talk microphone for live announcements.
