Hochiki FN-PS776 — 4 A, 24 VDC power supply for the FireNET 2127 and 4127 analog addressable fire alarm control panels.
Hochiki introduced it in a technical bulletin as an alternate supply for the UL 864 9th Edition FireNET 2127/4127 and a direct replacement for the FN-PS402, tabulating the two on identical figures. The 9th Edition in the catalogue name is the edition of UL 864, the standard for fire alarm control units, not a revision of this supply.

FN-PS402 is the supply this one substitutes for, on identical ratings. FN-PS4 is the earlier FireNET 4 A supply, which Hochiki lists as UL 864 8th Edition compliant against the FN-PS402 at 9th Edition, so the three are not freely interchangeable. The bulletin lists no notification appliance circuits on this supply; the NACs belong to the panel it powers.
