Edwards SIGA-HRD-FCN — Signature Series intelligent heat detector combining a 135 °F fixed temperature element with a 15 °F per minute rate of rise function.

The rate of rise half catches a fast, flaming fire while the air is still below the fixed alarm point; the fixed element catches a slow fire that never trips a rate threshold. Carrying both is what separates this head from the fixed-only SIGA-HFD. It reports to a Signature Loop Controller, the only host Edwards lists for it.

Fixed temperature 135 °F (57.2 °C), actual alarm point 129 to 141 °F
Rate of rise 15 °F per minute
Maximum listed spacing 50 ft. (15.2 m) centers
15.20 to 19.95 VDC; 51 µA normal, 68 µA in alarm
Engineering polymer, white; bicolor status LED
Listed to UL 521 and CAN/ULC-S530

Edwards lists SIGA-HRD, SIGA-HFD and their -NL no-logo variants and defines no -FCN suffix, so nothing is claimed for those letters. Resellers describe it as replacing the older SIGA-HRS and SIGA-HFS; no Edwards document read states that, so confirm listed spacing before re-equipping. Bases are separate catalogue numbers.
