Edwards G1F-VM — Genesis wall strobe, white housing with FIRE marking and clear lens, field-selectable 15, 30, 75 or 110 cd.
Genesis signals are about the size of a deck of cards. Instead of a specular reflector an exclusive cavity design conditions the light, which is how Edwards claims distribution beyond the UL 1971 and ULC S526 requirements. The candela selector sits on the side and stays readable after installation. This model is a strobe only and has no horn.

- UL rated current at 16 Vdc: 103, 141, 255 and 311 mA across those four settings
- Typical current at 24 Vdc: 59, 82, 152 and 191 mA
- Non-coded, filtered 16–33 Vdc or unfiltered 16–33 Vdc FWR
- One flash per second, held within 10 ms of the optional G1M Signal Master
- 4-1/2 x 2-3/4 x 13/16 in., flush to a 2-1/2 in. deep one-gang box; indoor, 32–120 °F
G1-VM is the same strobe unmarked and G1RF-VM is red with FIRE. G1F-V1575 is fixed 15/75 cd, not multi-candela, and G1F-HDVM adds a horn. The LED G1VWF is the current white FIRE wall strobe but stops at 75 cd, so it is not a like-for-like swap at 110 cd.
