Resideo makes the residential and light-commercial comfort and water controls formerly sold under the Honeywell Home name: thermostats, zoning panels and dampers, gas valves, hydronic controls, actuators, air filtration and water solutions.

Most of what technicians order here is replacement parts for systems already in service — a gas valve for a furnace, an actuator for a zone valve, a filter insert for an installed cabinet, a zoning panel for a retrofit. Compatibility is by model, not by category: valves, actuators and cartridges are matched to specific series, and the replacement has to match the body already on the system.

If you are replacing a part rather than specifying a new system, work from the model number on the existing unit.
