Cylinder Framing Kits

Framing kits mount and restrain suppression cylinders — the brackets, straps, rails and hardware that hold cylinders securely in a bank and keep them aligned with the discharge manifold.

Kits are sized by cylinder weight and by the number of cylinders in the bank, which is why 75 lb and 100 lb kits are separate items. Restraint is a safety requirement, not neatness: a cylinder that shifts during discharge or during a seismic event becomes a hazard, and unrestrained cylinders are a common inspection finding.
