Vesda VSP-950 — Xtralis test point pipe labels, the adhesive benchmark labels that record commissioning data at a sampling pipe test point.
A benchmark test point sits at the far end of each pipe run, so a technician can open it and prove the pipe network and airflow are still what they were at handover. That proof works only if the handover figures are recorded where the next technician finds them.
- Printed fields are Install Date, Detector Zn #, Pipe #, Test Point #, Transport Time (sec) and Suction Pressure (Pa).
- Fixed immediately above the test point, visible without obstruction.
- Filled in with a permanent marker; the label stock is moisture resistant.
- One per pipe run, since Xtralis specifies a test point on every run.
- Carries Xtralis part no. 29624 and document no. 18715 on the label itself.
These are labels, not hardware. The fitting they document is VSP-TP-KIT-US, the Benchmark Test Point Kit, which contains one set of these labels, a CPVC socket to 1/2 in. MNPT adapter with a brass quick connect, and a coupler plug fitted only while testing.
