System Sensor SCRLED — L-Series with LED ceiling-mount strobe, red, FIRE lettering, 2-wire.
The L-Series with LED platform swaps the xenon flashtube for an LED optic, which System Sensor rates at an average 40 percent lower current draw across the candela range. That frees capacity on a notification appliance circuit, and face-mounted test points let a meter read device voltage without pulling the appliance down.
- Field-selectable ceiling candela: 15, 30, 75, 95, 115, 150 and 177 cd by rotary switch
- Maximum current 18 mA at 15 cd to 115 mA at 177 cd over 16 to 33 V
- Regulated 24 VDC nominal; flash rate 1 flash per second
- 32°F to 120°F, 10 to 93 percent RH; terminals take 12 to 18 AWG
- 6.83" (173.5 mm) diameter; plug-in mounting plate with shorting spring
- Compatible with legacy SpectrAlert, SpectrAlert Advance and L-Series; dual UL and ULC listed
Honeywell bulletin M23.2SS lists SCRLED as the replacement for the xenon SCRL. Separate it from SCWLED (white), SCRLED-P (plain), the wall-mount SRLED and the ceiling horn strobe PC2RLED; surface mounting uses the SBBCRL back box.
