Simplex 4906-9101 — TrueAlert wall-mount multi-candela visible notification appliance, red housing with white FIRE lettering.
A visible-only strobe for buildings where the audible signal comes from separate horns or speakers. Intensity is set during installation by a selection plug at the back of the housing, and an attached yellow flag shows the chosen setting from the side of the lens once the unit is on the wall. The rear of the housing does not intrude into the box, and the appliance flashes in step with other strobes on a synchronised circuit.

The family splits by mounting: 4906-9103 is the white wall unit, 4906-9102 and 4906-9104 are the ceiling versions, and 4906-9114 to 4906-9117 are ceiling units lettered ALERT or blank.
