Simplex 4100-0644 120 VAC PDM Harness — factory harness connecting a 4100ES ES-PS power supply to the panel's Power Distribution Module.
The ES-PS is rated 120 to 240 V, 50/60 Hz, so the supply part number does not tell you which harness you need. Simplex publishes a separate PDM harness per input voltage; this is the 120 VAC one. A panel carrying two ES-PS supplies needs two.

Ordering the wrong voltage is the usual reason this part comes back: 220 V is 4100-0645, 230 V is 4100-0646, 240 V is 4100-0647. Confirm the AC service feeding the panel first.
