4098-9775 is the black version of the Simplex TrueAlarm sensor base with connections for a remote LED alarm indicator or an unsupervised relay. The base carries the addressable electronics and DIP-switch address, and accepts detachable TrueAlarm photoelectric and heat sensors on IDNet or MAPNET II systems. It is the black counterpart of the white 4098-9789.

Compatibility and installation notes
- Accepts TrueAlarm sensors 4098-9714/4098-9774 photoelectric and 4098-9733/4098-9778 heat; the 4098-9734 high temperature heat sensor is IDNet only on 4100ES, 4010ES and 4007ES.
- Optional 2098-9808 remote red LED alarm indicator, or 4098-9822 unsupervised relay (requires separate 24 VDC; mounts only in the base electrical box).
- For 4007ES, 4010, 4010ES, 4100ES and 4100U control units, and MAPNET II on 4020, 4100 and 4120 units and 2120 TrueAlarm CDTs.
- Locking anti-tamper design mounts on a standard outlet box; magnetically operated functional test.
