Simplex 4098-9789 — TrueAlarm analog sensor base with wired connections for a remote LED alarm indicator or an unsupervised relay.
A TrueAlarm base carries the addressable electronics and the DIP-switch address; the sensor detaches from it, so sensor type can be changed without reprogramming the panel. This version adds factory leads for showing the alarm outside the room or driving a local relay. It is not a supervised relay base.

4098-9792 is the plain standard base with no options, and 4098-9775 is this base in black. 4098-9791 and 4098-9780 are the supervised relay bases, four-wire and two-wire, and neither is compatible with the 2120 CDT.
