Simplex 4090-9051 — encapsulated supervised Individual Addressable Module (IAM) with wire leads, for IDNet and MAPNET II.
An IAM gives one address to a dry-contact device that has none of its own: a heat detector contact, a tamper or flow switch. Power and data arrive on the two-wire IDNet or MAPNET II pair, and the module supervises the wiring to an end-of-line resistor, so an open reports as trouble. The 4090-9051 is the potted version, for damp locations.

The 4090-9806 and 4090-9807 trim plates and the 4090-9810 bracket do not fit this module: Simplex lists them only for the 4090-9001, the thermoplastic version with screw terminals and an LED.
