Simplex 4081-9308 is the remote battery cabinet with charger for 4100ES, 4100U and 4010ES panels, with a multi-tapped 220/230/240 VAC input. It is used when the system needs more standby battery than fits in the panel: the surface-mounted red cabinet holds and charges sealed lead-acid batteries up to 110 Ah and mounts close-nippled to the panel cabinet, within 20 ft (6 m) and connected in conduit.
