Notifier NOT-BG12LX (also searched as BG12LX) is a dual-action addressable manual pull station with a key-locking feature, certified for Canadian and non-Canadian applications. Two motions are required to activate it, and it includes an addressable interface for FireWarden series intelligent control panels and the NSP-25 panel.
Because it is addressable, the control panel displays the exact location of the activated station. Pushing in and then pulling down on the handle latches it in the down position, the word "ACTIVATED" shows in yellow at the top of the handle, and a portion of the handle protrudes from the bottom of the station. A built-in bicolor LED visible through the handle flashes in normal operation and latches steady red in alarm. Resetting means unlocking the station with the key and opening the door; closing the door resets the switch. Maintenance personnel can open the station for inspection and address setting without causing an alarm. The shell, door and handle are molded of polycarbonate with a textured finish.

Check the panel address range before laying out the loop: 1-99 on the NFW2-100, 1-50 on the NFW-50.

Trim ring: the optional BG12TR is usually needed for semi-flush mounting with 4 in. or double-gang boxes, not with single-gang boxes.

FAQ
Is the NOT-BG12LX the same as the NBG-12LX?
No. The NBG-12LX is the addressable dual-action station for intelligent NOTIFIER panels; the NOT-BG12LX is the FireWarden/NSP-25 variant.
Does it work on a conventional panel?
No. It connects to an SLC loop. The NBG-12L is the conventional dual-action station.
