Lenel LNL-1300-S3 — Single Reader Interface (SRI) module, Series 3, for the OnGuard access control platform.
The SRI connects one card reader, keypad, or combined reader/keypad to a LenelS2 intelligent system controller and handles the door locally, including when the connection to the controller is down.
- Reader protocols: standard Wiegand Data1/Data0, supervised or unsupervised F2F, Clock/Data, and bidirectional RS-485 OSDP (Open Supervised Device Protocol)
- Supports up to 16 different card formats, plus issue codes for magnetic and Wiegand formats
- Lock, unlock and facility-code offline access modes on all connected readers
- Two Form-C contact relays for controlling a door strike or other device
- Communicates with an intelligent controller (LNL-3300, for example) over a half-duplex, multi-drop 2-wire RS-485 interface, total cable length limited to 4,000 ft (1,219 m); 24 AWG shielded cable with 120 ohm characteristic impedance is specified
Check the series before ordering a replacement. Series 2 and Series 3 LNL-1300 modules are not interchangeable, and OSDP support is a Series 3 feature.
