Compatibility and installation notes
- WG4 appliances are rated for indoor or outdoor use on walls or ceilings.
- When the WG4WTS or WG4RTS skirt is used, a 4 in. square box 2-1/8 in. deep (or the listed outdoor-rated box) is required instead of a 1-1/2 in. deep box.
- For outdoor or wet surface mounting, the data sheets call for the outdoor-rated 449 or 74347U box; the speaker data sheet recommends the trim skirt with the 74347U box.
- WG4WTS is the white version; WG4RTS is the red version.
