Fireray 1010-000 — Prism (Long Range), the reflector accessory that takes an FFE reflective beam smoke detector from 50 m (164 ft) out to 120 m (394 ft).
A reflective beam detector measures the light a prism returns, so range depends on how much of the beam comes back. Past 50 m a single 100 mm prism no longer returns enough and FFE specifies a larger array. This is that array and not a detector: it replaces the reflector at the far end of the beam path.

Do not confuse it with 5000-004, the long range prism kit for the older Fireray 5000, documented for 50 to 100 m (164 to 330 ft). The adjustment bracket for this four-reflector array is 1050-000; the single-prism bracket 1040-000 does not fit it.
