Eaton Wheelock MT4-115-R — MT4-115 Series multitone horn, audible only, 120 VAC, red housing, wall mount.
Eight tones are selected on a dip switch, and the horn runs at a STANDARD or a HIGH level, HIGH giving a typical 5 dBA increase at nominal voltage. It is a horn alone: the ordering table gives this model a strobe candela of n/a and no lens, so the 15 cd LED strobe and the UL 1638 and ULC S526 visual listings quoted for the series belong to the horn strobes.

Outdoor use is conditional: Eaton states indoor and outdoor suitability only with specified backboxes. MT4-115-S is the same horn in grey; MT4-115-WH-VFR and MT4-115-WH-VNS are the horn strobes, adding a 15 cd LED strobe behind a white lens.
