Det-Tronics 010831-001 is the oi (optical integrity) replacement kit for the X3301 multispectrum IR flame detector, with five stainless steel oi reflector plates. The X3301 uses the reflector plate on its face to check its own optics automatically; in extreme environments the reflective surface can deteriorate, causing recurring oi faults and the need to replace the plate. The kit includes the Inspector Connector needed to recalibrate the oi system after the change.

Compatibility and installation notes
- Refer to Det-Tronics manual 95-8530 to determine the correct replacement oi reflector plate for your detector.
- Disable any connected extinguishing equipment first, loosen the two captive screws, then lift the plate off by its visor.
- When fitting a stainless steel plate, make sure the gasket is present and correctly seated, and tighten both screws equally.
- A removed plate must be securely tightened; 40 oz-in (28.2 N-cm) is recommended.
- Always recalibrate the oi system after replacing the plate (Enhanced Flame Inspector manual 95-8751).
