VSP-025 — bulk pack of 20 VESDA replacement filter cartridges for VLC, VLF, VLP and VLS aspirating smoke detectors.
VSP-025 is the same cartridge as the single-unit VSP-005, supplied twenty to a pack for service contracts and multi-detector sites. Each cartridge is a sealed two-stage element: the first stage takes out coarse debris above 20 microns, and the ultra-fine second stage removes more than 99% of particles of 0.3 microns or larger while supplying the clean air barrier that protects the detection chamber optics. The cartridges are single-use assemblies — they are swapped, not cleaned — so buying by the pack matches the way a fleet of VESDA detectors is actually maintained.

Installation notes

Pack quantity: the data sheet defines VSP-025 as a pack of 20. Order VSP-005 if a single cartridge is wanted — the cartridge inside is the same part.

Not a VESDA-E part: compatibility is listed as VLC, VLF, VLP and VLS. VESDA-E VEP and VES detectors take VSP-962 (or VSP-962-20 for a 20-pack) and VESDA-E VEA takes VSP-972.

Single use: a VESDA filter cartridge is replaced, never cleaned or blown through.

Stock the aspirator separately: aspirators are model-specific spares — VSP-722 for VLF-250, VSP-715 for VLF-500 — and are not included in a filter pack.
