FireClass 517.050.017 — Tyco 5B universal 5-inch two-wire detector mounting base.
One base serves both the 614 collective series and the MX analogue addressable series of detectors and functional bases, which is why the 5B turns up on retrofit work more often than any single head. The temporary park position is used daily: rotating a head anticlockwise past an indent disconnects it from the circuit while the base still retains it, so loops can be tested without losing heads.

Fix the base with the park plunger facing the door or trafficable area. This is a plain base with no short-circuit isolator — where the design calls for isolation at the device, the 5BI isolator base is the correct part.
