Thermocable quotes BS 5839-1 clause 26.2 f, which requires cable supports that are non-combustible and last as long as the cable in a fire, ruling out plastic clips, ties or trunking as the support. Its cold storage guide recommends stainless steel J-lock clips fitted with silicone sleeves.
