Telguard TG-7FS-V — commercial fire and burglary cellular alarm communicator for the Verizon LTE-M network.
In the TG-7 Cellular Series the trailing letter names the carrier: V is the Verizon unit. It captures a fire panel dialer through one RJ-45 jack and carries the signal over LTE-M to the Telguard Communication Center, which decodes the panel format and passes it to the central station. It serves as sole, primary or backup path.
- Verizon LTE-M on bands 4 and 13; TNC female antenna port, 50 Ω
- UL 864 and UL 1610 listed for commercial fire and burglary
- Sole-path link supervision at 200 seconds, 5 minutes or 60 minutes
- Automatic self-test at 6 hours for NFPA 72 2013 and later
- 24 VDC draw: 27 mA idle, 42 mA with link supervision, 110 mA transmitting
- 12 VDC draw: 80 mA idle, 230 mA transmitting
- 11.4 × 7.75 × 3.3 in; 0 to 49 °C
The TG-7FS-A is the same communicator for the other carrier and adds the Canadian ULC-S304 and ULC-S559 listings the V version lacks. TG-7-V and TG-7A-V are burglary-only with no fire listing, and TG-7UB is an upgrade board for legacy hardware.
