Simplex 650-445 — 4010ES power distribution interface (PDI) card for the second bay.
In a 4010ES the PDI cards mount to the back of each bay and carry power and data across the panel; option cards seat onto them through blind mating connectors, not field wiring. The top bay PDI has four blocks of which only three are usable, because the MSS card takes one. A system needing more option card space than that has to be a two-bay panel, and this expansion bay PDI is what supplies it.

This is the second bay card; the top bay PDI is a different part, 650-444. Expansion PDIs come factory-installed in two-bay 4010ES panels, so this is a service item — it cannot add option card space to a one-bay panel, which has no second bay to mount it in.
