Simplex 6310-9231A — 12 in. round SlimLine synchronous wired clock, black case, 110 V.
This is a secondary clock, not a stand-alone timepiece: it runs on its own movement and is pulled back into step by a Simplex Time Control Center. Hourly correction resets a clock up to 59 minutes slow or 55 seconds fast, and 12-hour correction recovers one up to 11 hours 59 minutes slow, so an outage does not mean resetting a building by hand. The Series A movement also detects 58-minute, National Time, Rauland, Midnight Reset and Dukane correction, so it can replace clocks in non-Simplex systems.

Siblings differ by one digit: 6310-9226A and 6310-9239A are 24 V, 6310-9227A and 6310-9233A carry the 1-12/00-23 dial, and 2310-9271A is the 12 in. square. The A suffix marks the current Series A movement, not the legacy 6310-9231.
