Simplex 565-226 — 8-point Class B zone module for Simplex 4100U and 4100ES fire alarm control panels.
This is the replacement service part for the module Simplex sells as feature 4100-5005. It gives eight individually supervised Class B monitor zones for conventional initiating devices. Simplex lists it as a zone card that may connect either fire initiating devices or security devices, which is where the word Security comes from: a fire alarm zone module that also supports security points, not a security-only board.

Check the sibling first. 565-231 is the Class A version (feature 4100-5015). For legacy 4100/4120 panels using 2975-91xx back boxes the counterparts are 4100/4120-5004 and 4100-5001, which are not the same assembly.
