Simplex 562-729 — LED/Switch Controller Board, 64/64, the daughter card half of the 4100 series 64 LED and 64 switch controller.
Panel-mounted LED/switch modules carry no intelligence of their own. A controller sits behind them, drives the lamps and reads the switches, and Simplex builds it as two boards, a motherboard with a daughter card on it. The 4100, 4100+ and UT parts list sets the two out side by side, which is what decides an order: a board bought on the words LED/Switch Controller alone can be the other half of the pair.
