Simplex 49VO-APPLC — TrueAlert ES addressable ceiling-mount visible-only strobe, clear lens, supplied as the appliance electronics with no cover.
Each appliance is individually powered, addressed and controlled from an IDNAC signaling line circuit, so the panel sets and reports the candela rating rather than a jumper doing it, and self-test sensors report the strobe output back. Visible only means no horn: the listings are UL 1971 and ULC S526.

- 23 VDC to 30 VDC special application; 1 unit load, or 0.8 mA of control unit current
- At 23 VDC on an IDNAC SLC: 56.5, 87, 182 and 238 mA at those four settings, and 76, 114, 245 and 321 mA on legacy TrueAlert circuits at 17 VDC
- 1 Hz flash, up to 63 synchronized strobes per circuit, 127 addresses per SLC
- 32°F to 120°F, 10% to 93% RH; mounts on a 4 in. square box
Simplex marks this row as the appliance only and tells the buyer to select a cover separately, such as 49VOC-CWF white or 49VOC-CRF red; a single gang box also needs plate 49VO-APCS. Do not substitute the high-candela 49VOH-APPLC.
