Simplex 49SV-APPLW-O — weatherproof NEMA 3R wall mount TrueAlert ES addressable speaker visible (S/V) notification appliance, supplied as the appliance only.
The trailing O is the outdoor marker, not a color or lettering code. Simplex lists it in the weatherproof NEMA 3R table as "S/V appliance only. Select cover, mounting plate and surface or WP back box separately", so the buyer gets housing and electronics with no cover and no box.
