Simplex 49MP-AVVOWW — white wall mounting plate for TrueAlert ES addressable notification appliances.
TrueAlert ES appliances ordered as appliance-only (the -APPLW models) ship without plate or cover so lettering and color are chosen on site. The plate goes up first and carries the in/out wiring terminals, so the IDNAC circuit can be landed and tested before the appliance goes on. Read it as 49 series, MP mounting plate, AVVO for the audible/visible and visible-only housings, W wall, W white.
- Required with 49AV-APPLW, 49VO-APPLW, 49MTV-APPLW or 49CHV-APPLW; match plate color to cover
- Wall mount family only; 49MP-AVVOWR is the red equivalent
- Terminals take 18 AWG to 12 AWG, two wires per terminal for in/out wiring
- Mounts to single gang, double gang or 4 in. (102 mm) square boxes 1-1/2 in. (38 mm) deep
- Appliance with cover measures 5-1/8 in. H × 5 in. W × 2-5/8 in. D
Two traps. 49MP-AVVOWR is the red plate, so one character changes the finish. And the plate is not the whole appliance: an -APPLW order also needs a cover such as 49AVC-WWFIRE, while models like 49AV-WWF already include plate and cover.
