Simplex 49CMTV-WWF — TrueAlert non-addressable multi-tone horn/strobe, white cover with FIRE wording, supplied with its cover and matching mounting plate.
The V is the strobe: 49CMT is the multi-tone horn alone, and 49CMTV adds a multi-candela xenon strobe to the same tone set. Seven tones are set on an onboard DIP switch, one of them the 520 Hz output NFPA 72 requires for sleeping areas.

49CMTV-WRF is the same appliance with a red cover. The number most easily landed on by mistake is 49CMT-WWF, one letter away, the horn with no strobe. 49CMTV-APPLW is not a finished product: its cover and plate are ordered separately. A -BA suffix means assembled in the USA.
