Simplex 49CMTV-WRF — non-addressable TrueAlert multi-tone horn strobe, red with FIRE lettering, supplied with its cover and matching mounting plate.
Seven tones are set on a DIP switch: 520 Hz horn, broadband horn, bell, chime, high/low, slow whoop and siren, plus a high or low output setting. The 520 Hz setting distinguishes it: Simplex states it complies with NFPA 72 low frequency requirements for sleeping areas.

- 520 Hz horn at 80 dBA steady on high, UL 464 reverberant at 10 ft.

49CMTV-APPLW is the same appliance as bare electronics, cover and plate ordered separately; 49MTV-WRF is the addressable TrueAlert ES version for IDNAC. The strobe-less 49CMT-WRF is the horn alone, and Simplex lists that one for wall or ceiling mounting where this sheet shows only a wall mount reference.
