Simplex 49AV-APPLC — TrueAlert ES individually addressable ceiling mount horn/strobe with a clear lens, supplied as the appliance only.
Read the order code before buying this one. It ships with no cover, so nothing on it reads FIRE or ALERT and no colour is set until a cover from the 49AVC-C range is added; Simplex heads that table "Separate Covers, required when ordering model 49AV-APPLC". Power, supervision and control come from an IDNAC signalling line circuit.

Covers include 49AVC-CRFIRE, 49AVC-CWFIRE, 49AVC-CRALT and blank 49AVC-CK. 49AVH-APPLC is the high-candela unit at 110, 135 and 185 cd; 49AV-APPLW is the wall version, which needs a 49MP mounting plate as well as a cover.
