Simplex 4100-9703 is the 4100ES InfoAlarm Master Controller with English fixed-labeled raised keys. Simplex lists it as including the InfoAlarm display, CPU card, IDNet 2 card supporting up to 250 addressable/analog points, ES Power Supply (120 to 240 V 50/60 Hz, 24 V auxiliary relay, 24 V auxiliary power tap/simple NAC, 110 Ah battery charger) and an external RUI+ (isolated or un-isolated) communications interface. The InfoAlarm Command Center is a multi-line display that shows alarm, supervisory and trouble information with fewer key presses than a single-line display.

Compatibility and installation notes
- Panel currents exclude IDNet, NAC and IDNAC loads; add them separately.
- The 4100-0640 display memory expansion module is required for all InfoAlarm units on a panel if any use 2-byte character fonts.
