Simplex 4100-5450 — three-circuit conventional NAC module for 4100ES panels, one block in size.
This is the card added when a 4100ES needs more conventional notification circuits, or more switched 24 V auxiliary power inside the cabinet. Each of the three outputs is set independently as a Class B NAC, a Class A NAC, or auxiliary power, so one card covers a mixed retrofit. NAC operation supports synchronized strobe or SmartSync horn/strobe control over two wires.
- 3 A per NAC for Special Application loads, 2 A per NAC for Regulated 24 DC
- Per card: 9 A on an ES-PS or ES-XPS, 6 A in a bay (Special Application); 5 A or 2 A respectively for Regulated 24 DC
- Auxiliary outputs 3 A continuous, 5 A total per supply; 66 mA standby and alarm
Check the power supply first: the 4100-5450 can only be powered from a 4100-5401 or 4100-5402. Do not substitute the 4100-5451 — that is the addressable IDNAC notification SLC card for TrueAlert appliances and takes two block spaces.
