Simplex 4100-3110 — IDNet 2+2 addressable signaling line circuit module for the 4100ES, with four short circuit isolating output loops.
A 4100ES CPU bay ships with one 250 point IDNet 2 channel on its ES-PS supply. This module adds another addressable initiating channel and splits it into four isolated loop outputs, so a short on one branch does not take the circuit down.
- 250 point capacity for the whole module, not for each loop; the two-loop IDNet 2 module carries the same figure
- Four short circuit isolating Class B or Class A output loops
- Occupies one block, a 4 in. × 5 in. card area
- 50 mA standby and 60 mA alarm with no devices, 250 mA and 350 mA at 250 devices
- Class B T-tapped wiring to 12,500 ft; 4,000 ft at 50 Ω up to 125 device loads, 2,500 ft at 35 Ω beyond
- Carries IDNet devices and TrueAlarm sensors including QuickConnect and QuickConnect2
4100-3109 and 4100-3117 are the IDNet 2 module with two loops and the same 250 point capacity. 4100-3111 is an aftermarket loop output module that mounts on those, not on this card. 4100-5451 is an IDNAC module and drives notification appliances.
