Simplex 4100-1273 — Telephone NAC Class A Adapter Module for 4100ES and 4100U firefighter telephone circuits.
Simplex firefighter telephone circuits originate on a telephone interface module: the 4100-1270 master telephone or the 4100-1272 expansion telephone control module, each with three Class B telephone circuits and a telephone riser input. The 4100-1273 mounts onto either and converts those circuits to Class A, so a single open or short on a handset run does not take the circuit away.

The 4100 family holds several similar Class A adapters that are not interchangeable: 4100-1246 for Flex amplifier NACs, 4100-1249 for 100 W amplifier NACs, 4100-1267 for Expansion Signal (XSIG) card NACs, 4100-5124 for the SLCs on a TrueAlert Power Supply. Order against the module you mount to, not the panel.
