Simplex 4100-1266 — XNAC module that takes a Simplex Expansion Signal (XSIG) card from three Class B NACs to six.
An Expansion Signal (XSIG) card leaves the factory with three 1.5 A Class B NACs for audio or DC notification. When a job needs more circuits off that card, the 4100-1266 mounts on standoffs over header P1 and adds three more, supervised for opens, shorts and earth fault isolation just like the originals.
- Audio per NAC: 50 W, 100 speakers or 1.5 A max
- DC per NAC: 1.5 A
- 24 V draw: 8 mA standby, 60 mA alarm; 19 to 33 VDC
- Fuses F1 to F3: Simplex 208-189 fast-acting 2.5 A, field-replaceable
- For 4100U and 4100ES panels; installation instructions 579-175
A daughter module, not a standalone card: it needs a host Expansion Signal card. Doubling the NACs does not double the power. Do not confuse it with the similar-looking 4100-1245 and 4100-1248 for Flex and 100 W amplifiers, with the 4100-1267 Class A adapter, which adds no NACs at all, or with the 4100-1265 DFSM card.
