Simplex 4099-9021 — addressable single action NO GRIP manual fire alarm station, English lettering.
It exists for accessibility rules such as California Title 24, which asks that controls be operable with one hand without tight grasping, pinching or twisting. The NO GRIP lever is easier to pull than the standard Simplex lever, and an integral module reports it as its own point.

4099-9004 is the standard single action lever, 4099-9005 the double action breakglass and 4099-9006 the double action push version. 4099-9805 converts an installed single action station to NO GRIP, and reset takes the 252-019 B key.
