Simplex 4090-9120 — IDNet 6-Point I/O module providing four supervised T-Sense input circuits and two programmable relay outputs on a single address.
It lets the IDNet channel of a Simplex 4100ES, 4100U or 4010ES panel monitor dry contact closure devices and switch external circuits while using only one address and one unit load. Each T-Sense input reports four states – OPEN, NORMAL, LIMITED and SHORT – so the panel can distinguish a device wired before the series resistor from one wired after it.

- Address 1 to 250 on an eight-position DIP switch; one unit load
- Separate 24 VDC power input rated at 30 mA maximum draw
- Relays rated 2 A (1 A inductive) at 30 VDC, 0.5 A at 120 VAC
- T-Sense inputs pulled to 5 VDC through 17.4 kΩ, sourcing up to 287 µA
- Operates 32 to 120 °F (0 to 49 °C) to 93% RH, non-condensing
- Mounts in a UL-listed 4-inch square, 2-inch deep box
Not interchangeable with the single-point 4090-9001 Supervised IAM, which takes 4090-9806 and 4090-9807 covers. This module uses the 4090-9801 semi-flush or 4090-9802 surface cover, ordered separately.
