Simplex 4081-9008 — 10 kΩ end-of-line resistor harness for Class B circuits.
A Class B initiating or notification circuit is supervised by the small current flowing through the resistor at the far end of the run; break a conductor and the panel reports an open. Simplex supplies the value as a pre-built harness rather than a loose resistor, with the resistor leads crimped to 18 AWG wire and covered in heat shrink, so it lands on the last device terminals without a fragile soldered joint.

The 4081 series holds two 10 kΩ parts: 4081-9008 at 1/2 W and 4081-9018 at 1 W. Ordering on resistance alone gets the wrong one; match the wattage called out on the panel drawing.
