Simplex 4010-9911 — Alarm Relay Module for 4010ES fire alarm control units.
The 4010ES carries only one programmable auxiliary relay output on board. When a job needs further relay contacts at the control unit, this module mounts directly onto the Main System Supply 2 instead of consuming one of the cabinet's 4 in. by 5 in. option blocks — which matters in a one-bay enclosure where block space runs out fast.

This is a 4010ES-generation part; legacy 4010 panels have no equivalent mounting position and use their onboard AUX relay circuits. If what you need is general-purpose programmable relay points, the 4010ES part for that is the 4010-9908 four-point 2 A auxiliary relay module, not this one.
